Great staff at the reception and they offered to upgrade my room to a suite for no extra charge. The suite was great, and all the facilities available in the room were great. There was a faulty water kettle, which they replaced as soon as I reported it, which was also a great service. The following morning, the staff at the ground floor restaurant area were very polite and friendly and accommodating, and there were many food choices available for the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay for a great price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the location itself. It's accessible to your immediate basic needs such as groceries as it is just a stone throw away from its distance. The staff were exceptionally courteous and has a pleasant friendly demeanor specially the bellboy who always smiles at the guests. They are also very attentive to my needs starting from providing all toiletries and the amenities they mention to offer. My experience is very positive as I am very satisfied with the quality of sleep I had. Me as a person with allergy condition was able to have a comfortable deep sleep. The location and the room itself is very spacious and not crumpy as I can feel the flow of ventilation freely. I can say the ac unit is clean without any emitting dustmites. Overall 100 stars for me. Definitely and delightfully, I still want to come back. 😍

Clean, close to lulu superstore, spacious room, good view of city, Good WiFi connection ,friendly staff,I came bit early, staff was helpful to allow early check in.

Great value for money. Had a wonderful 1 BR apartment with lots of space. Only missed a way to warm up some food, but fridge was OK. The room was spaceous and clean. The bed and pillows very cozy. The sofa was OK, not new and a little bit used already, big bath room was great with shower and new bath tub. All in all a great experience and a super friendly staff. Big Thank you to Norma from customer relation ship department, who gave me the opportunity to extend my stay by another 5 days at a great rate. Also a great Thank you to the bell boys who helped me transferring to another room and helping with my plenty of luggage. Pool was OK, a bit small but still good enough to cool down and unwind. Quiet location, a bit of from town center, but everything just very near, from LuLu Supermarket, to restaurants, barbers and spa.

Staff super helpful, excellent manager. I forgot my laptop in front of the lift and the hotel manager went over and above the call of duty to check the security cameras and returned my laptop to me in person. Thank you Mr. Mohammed. Room clean and serviced every day. I can sincerely recommend the hotel as the best value I received in Ajman.
